The Cliks are now touring in the Midwest with The Cult as part of the Jagermeister Music Tour. Here are some of the scheduled tour dates near you! November 23 in Grand Rapids (Orbit Room) , November 25 in Chicago (House of Blues), November 29 in St. Louis (The Pageant) and November 30 in Maplewood, MN (The Myth).
The tour comes to Milwaukee December 1 with the Cult and the Cliks appearing live at The Rave!
Margaret Cho calls the Cliks “the band we have all been waiting for. No one else can inspire such crushed-out admiration and full-on rock star screaming. I thought those embarrassing fangirl days were long gone for me, but The Cliks have brought them back with a vengeance.”
The Cliks Rock! Raw, sweet and real, this fierce Toronto foursome are ripping Pop a new one (And the fact that the band is made up of three queer women and fronted by transgendered man is so beside the point we’re sticking it in parentheses.) On the heels of a successful US tour - including special appearances at the request of fan Cyndi Lauper on her True Color Tour, a recent #1 video on MTV’s LOGO channel and appearances on CBS-TV’s “The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson,” CNN, NPR, and Sirius OutQ - The Cliks will resume touring North America in November with the Cult.
The Cliks will join The Fall 2007 Jagermeister Music Tour from November 17 - December 7, opening for legendary rock band, The Cult. One of Britain’s premier rock bands, The Cult have continuously broken through genres and defied classification with hit songs like “She Sells Sanctuary,” “Rain,” and “Love Removal Machine,” pleasing rock, goth, alt rock fans alike. The Cliks, too enjoy a wide fanbase, with rockers, punks, goth and hip kids of all ages jamming gigs to sing along to hit singles like “Oh Yeah” and “Complicated.”  Like Cyndi Lauper, who heard, fell in love with the Cliks and put them on her True Colors tour, Ian Astubry of the Cult picked the band to support their first US tour in almost a decade because he loved their sound and style and what they represent.
